This is most likely a customization string from the browser itself. When I
was employed by a local government agency a while back we used the IEAK (IE
Admin Kit) to create custom setups for all of our users. The User Agent
would then be reported much as your example (C-CCK-MCD EMS-1.5 would come
up as our office name in our case). I'm nnot 100% certain but the same
should hold true for Netscape as well.
