[thelist] Problems with IIS

Last resort before I tear my hair out...

Had a power outage the other night while doing some work, seems to have
screwed up something with IIS seems to be busted now.

Whenever I attempt to access anything on localhost/ there is a long delay
looking for the host, then page loads, but the inetinfo.exe process starts
consuming 99% of CPU resources (according to Task Manager) and I can't do
anything except reboot.

Nothing else on the computer seems to be affected. Would appreciate any
ideas as to what may be going on. And more importantly, how to FIX IT!! :-)
