It works for me on IE5.0.  I would play around with the script using
Joshua's advice earlier. Using alert() is the best way to see where your
issues are.

I don't understand where CSS get involved here.  Where does it kill your
definitions, on the ns/index.htm?  I thought it didn't go there.  Rather on
the page with the JavaScript?  I don't know why this would make a difference
than the code you used before.  Unless you are leaving out the end script
tag...
