Please correct me if I'm wrong [I haven't checked this myself recently]
but according to mozillazine's coverage, this was fixed in Mozilla RC1:

Comments in bugzilla also suggest this should have been fixed:

If nothing else, I've found that being able to check the existance of a
bug in a centralised database gives Mozilla an advantage from a
development perspective.  At least this way you don't waste too much
time wondering if it is a bug in your code or the browser...
