My copy of Mozilla (RC2 with Debian patches) doesn't add a horizontal
scrollbar. Theory (i.e. wile guess): earlier versions of Mozilla
didn't recalculate the flow of text to fit the narrower box (narrowser
because it had a scrollbar in it.)
