Actually, it wouldn't be that AT ALL. If it were you would be stating
that Nielsen approves of gratuitous use of FLASH, which he does not.

I do remember reading/hearing somewhere that Macromedia approached
Nielson during the development of Flash MX.  The result being things
like the new standardised elements within Flash MX like scrollbars,
radio buttons etc.  Which do seem to me like excellent things.
