Hi Ken,
Yes I am.
The server is on the development machine in this case.
 Just a simple test that should have obviouse results.

I haven't checked to see if IUSR has execute
permissions for c:\WINNT\system32\.  But two questions
about that.
1.) Is that nessesarily a good thing to do?
2.) How would I do it?
