[thelist] IE and PNG Alpha Layers

The alpha image loader works incredibly well. Shame it's only for IE/Win32
users though.
But with that aside, has anyone come across a method for using the alpha
image loader on
a .png background image of a table? So that I could have, for example, a
semi-transparent
background image applied to a table, which would allow some of the
background image to show through.

there are two that i'm aware of. one from aaron boodman (youngpup.net) and
one from webfx. i've tried both and prefer the one from webfx.
