Ken-

You can't link to them directly without a virtual directory or moving them
to the actual web space, but you could always funnel them (albeit, slowly)
through FSO and out to the client in ascii or binary mode (as necessary).
You could even determine the "content/type" via the filename.extension no?

Would that work for you?
