[thelist] Do I need a CMS

Hershel,

I would like to think that a person or organization *always* needs a CMS
to handle a site that has more than 10 pages. Also, when you have
content that's changing relatively often (not once per year) or gets
additions from time to time, then you also need a CMS.

Do *you*, specifically, need a CMS for this project? My answer is a
resounding YES!
