IE5.5 .. the latest one before 6 on PC, and I'm getting your message:

"If you can see this text, it means that you either have Cascading Style
Sheets (CSS) turned off, you are viewing the site in a non-graphical
browser, or that your browser is outdated and not fully
standards-complaint."

CSS is not turned off .. this is the first site I've seen (or not been able
to see properly, as the case may be) that indicates a problem with my
browser.

So, either something's messed up somewhere, or you're targeting 6.0 browsers
.. in which case, I would consider that to be a big mistake.
