I can second much of what Scott said below. If its not there, you
need a solid privacy statement too, and a real phone number if you
can. Having run a retail commerce site for 3 years running, I can
tell you its a bear, and TRUST is the key.

This is NOT to pat myself on the back at all (the site could use
work, hasn't been updated, long story) but check out
www.doctormusic.net and see how we have all our contact info, usage
page, privacy and how you can order something in just a a couple
clicks. I'm not saying you have to do things my way, and your site
looks pretty good. Just something for you to look at and think about.

While we have never made tons of money, the consistent comment we get
from customers is that it is easy to shop.
