[thelist] JS Popup Window Titlebar customization.

This is absolutely perfect.  Flash calls the html file in a popup window
with the variable pdf name, the and the html page embeds the correct pdf
thanks to that jscript grabbing the variable name correctly.  Thanks so
much, exactly what I needed!
