Please, please, please use a plug-in.

Offer people the ability to at least adjust volume and turn off the
music. Otherwise you have to use either WAV or a MIDI file. WAV files
can be huge and they don't stream. MIDI files are really small but
sound terrible becuase most sound cards have crappy MIDI libraries.
Plus, since each the actual sounds that MIDI uses are dependent on
the sound card, you have zero control over quality. Flash 5+ would be
great for this. Without using a plugin the user is forced to listen
to your music or turn off sound completely.
