More important than the size is the fact that the HTML and CSS is now
readable, and will be much easier to add to or modify later.

Maybe not, but you could use 'caption' for "Income / Debt Information"
instead of sticking it in a <th> and as far as I can tell there is no
need to have "##^xMsg#" as part of the table at all... but I left them
there in the re-write.
