Which is available from Microsoft's web site for free.

Here's the link for all of you:

Waitamminit! Better make that a tip. (sneaky MadMan likes to keep his tip
count positive in dubious ways)

If you're going to offer MS Word DOC files for download from your site,
consider that not everyone may have Word installed on his or her system,
despite the ubiquity of MS Office. Do the nice thing and point people to
Microsoft's free Word document viewer. You can't edit files with it, but
you can view them.

The link to use for the download page is:
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/wd97vwr32.aspx
OR
http://tinyurl.com/p62

Direct link to file (could change in the future):
http://download.microsoft.com/download/word2000/wd97vwr/2000/WIN98/EN-US/wd97vwr32.exe
OR
http://tinyurl.com/p60 (the TinyURL service may not be perpetually
available either)

</tip>

Madhu
