Oh no, he'd be hosted by PHPWebHosting (my first choice) or some other
server farm.

I'm really not well versed in servers. Or security. Hence the question to
the wise ones...

I've pretty much come to the conclusion that this stuff is over my head and
if he's that concerned about it getting in the wrong hands, he has no
business posting it on the web...
