Converting or updating an existing site for a client? Make sure you
know in advance if you'll be able to get all the source files (vector
logos, fonts, photos), with appropriate licensing as well.

It's always good when you discover that a client doesn't have
appropriate rights to use an image, or doesn't have all the fonts,
before you get halfway through the project. It gives you a great
opportunity to be a super-star, too, when you can secure all this up-
front, before it becomes an issue to the client.

And when you're done with the project, make sure you archive all this
data, since you know you'll come back to it at some point.

And then find the previous developers and slug them.
