If I understand correctly what that does, you're trying to set the index
pages of your site, in a certain order.

If so, yes, IIS does have it. Go to your site properties in IIS, go to the
"Documents" tab and make sure "enable default document" is checked. Then
add, remove, edit, or change the order as you see fit.
