[thelist] validating XHTML - special characters

To validate as XHTML, special characters need to be inserted as their
respective character entities.  For example:  "&" should be inserted as
"&"

Therefore, for your link to validate, it should look like this:
href="http://blog.hotornot.com/r/?eid=OMG&key=PJYU"

BTW, if you use Homesite, you can configure it to insert special
characters (when selected from the special characters window) as their
respective charcter entities: TOOLS/SETTINGS/MARKUP LANGUAGES (bottom of
window)
