[thelist] QUOTA and APACHE USER

Howdy people.

Here's my problem: I have quotas enabled on my Linux server and that works
great. However, I still have a problem with the apache user (apache) which
is the standard when uploading files. As you can imagine, that messes up
with the user quota, so that the user would be able to upload large files
and so use more space then set up by the quotas system.
Is there a way of "fixing" it without using user authentication?
