Hi,

I want to create a parchment border effect. Using tables I would build
the parchment corners and put them in the corners of a 3x3 table. The
edges I would use as table cell backgrounds so that as the table
expanded the effect would grown also.

I've seen how to do curved borders by placing images in the corners of a
div but how would I achieve this effect in CSS Layout?

Any help gratefully received.
