If you have a large pst file then going to an XP machine can take a
horribly long time, going to any other version of windows is a lot faster.

One good thing for Eudora is that you can have your mail folders with no
apparent size limit while pst files top out at 1.8 gb (Outlook 2000 and 2002).

Lotus Notes R5 is very good with large mail box's too.
