[thelist] Netscape not processing linked style sheet correctly

What have I done incorrectly?

<link href="/Templates/styles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

this line of code in Netscape is being translated as a link to styles.css as
a normal hyperlink and simply tries to redirect the page to the location
instead of linking the style sheet in for formatting.

the site is http://muvclub.asn.au

Works fine in IE.
