I've looked through that toolbar.js file and I'm pretty sure that just
configures the black toolbar in the upper right of ms pages.

There seems to be no code for those layers in that file and I can't find it
anywhere else in the source. I didn't have too much time so if I was able to
find the ms code it would be good. Also the IE only issue is ok, I just need
it for an intranet which is IE only.

Thanks for the help. The scottandrew dom windows are similar to ones found at
brainjar.com.
