Uh, no.  This thread started out discussing the 3-4% of users who are using
Netscape, and whether or not that size of marker share was sufficiently
small to discontinue support for Netscape.

I find it amusing (read: scary) that it is so easy for people to
unconsciously make the mental connection between "Netscape" and "old,
outdated browsers," especially with AOL and other large consumer-targeted
companies pushing the newer Netscape browsers.

Getting the Amish online is a goal that is just not realistic (gods know
I've tried!).  Making a site accommodate almost everyone is really pretty
simple if you know what you're doing and aren't addicted to using
bleeding-edge elements in you site, as Aardvark has already pointed out.
