You might want to take a look at Macromedia Flash Communication Server
MX. I don't have personal experience with this, but I've seen a live
demo and the Macromedia reps set up videoconferencing in about five
minutes (I think it comes with a built-in wizard for that).
Case study:
Per the last sentence: "A simple desktop video-conferencing solution
can be created at little expense."
