[thelist] IE 5.5 Display

Hello Listees,

I am having an issue with IE 5.5 (who isn't) regarding the
      display of my page.

I have a three div layout (ported over from glish.com). The
div's widths have been set as a percentage (so that it will
shrink when the window is minimized).

Currently, the totals of all the widths is 100%. In IE 5.x, it
will not display my third div (on the right) where it is
supposed to go. Instead, it will be flush at the bottom (as if
there was not enough space). Have a look at my page in Mozilla
and you will see what I mean. In Moz, all three divs are aligned
as they should be. In IE 5.x, the third div is "word wrapped" to
the bottom. I found a fix (by reducing one percent from a div,
so the total is 99%). This causes some display issues (mainly
with alignment). Is there another way around this?

Also, the site was designed with 1024x768 resolution, and the
error only appears in that resolution. Kindly view it in
      1024x768 to view the quirk.

The site is my home page (in my signature).

Need to do some web page fetching from within PHP? How about
interacting with a form on another site pragmatically? Then
Snoopy is your answer. It is a class written in PHP that is
      designed to be a mini-browser.

      Check it out at http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/snoopy
