[thelist] mac ppp connection failing

they don't have IE so its just NN the connection is a dial up through a
modem....

more details? what kind of connection? 56k? DSL? Cable? Is it direct or passing
through a DSL router? what Mac OS? Is it only happening in NN or in IE as well?
