Well, I just tried that.  Worked once, but when I tried again.  No go.  I looked
up the proper use of it at
http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/head/meta.html and tried that example.
Worked once.  Not a second time.

Wierd.

I don't know why you'd see the variation between systems, but I
don't believe that semi-colon after "refresh" belongs there ...
