[thelist] CFmail Question

I have a question regarding the From Address in the Cfmail tag.

<cfmail from="Intuit Confidential"
   to="matt_mozer at intuit.com"
   subject="Blah Blah" type="html">

However, when I receive the email. The From outputs
"System at MyServerName.com"

Anyone know why it's using the Web Server name like that?
