While nothing really works 100% (as has been beaten like a dead horse named
Dog Food here before) you can make things difficult.

Someone posted some decent javascript and as curious as I am about the
VBScript I'm afraid it would only work in IE (I think NS/mozilla has a
plugin, but why???).  You can also add <meta http-equiv="pragma"
content="no-cache"> into your head section of the page, but then again that
is easily defeated.

All in all the javascript and a no-cache will do the same thing that a lock
on your front door will do, keep honest people honest which is the best you
can hope for.
