[thelist] [Cold Fusion Server] Resetting problem...

I was just forwarded this log (server.log) by one of my developers:

This goes on and on and on ... one "Server started" message every 32nd
second ... on and on...

This is showing up quite a bit too...

This is showing up sporadically ... every now and then ... but rarely.

This is a 2+ Mb server.log file. Because of the server restarting, the
site is unusable. As is evident, the linux box it is running on is
working perfectly otherwise...

Can anybody point me out in the right direction so that I can tell my
developer what to do? I would also like to know why this is happening
in the first place... I am pretty sure he has his code wrong
somewhere...
