The documentation in SQL server is good too...between cruising the proggy
and hitting F1, and reading msdn.microsoft.com i got really far into SQL
server.

For advanced stuff, Joe Celko's "SQL for Smarties" is a great book too. Not
very version specific, but full of great concepts.
