 Have you looked at Topstyle 3?

(the newest version, still in Beta, has color code support for PHP,
ECMAscript ASP and Coldfusion as well)

It has fully customisable keyboard shortcuts, so you could set up your
own shortcuts to switch between documents and the fact that it also
edits CSS and enables you to maintain entire web sites makes a big plus.

It's not too expensive, ($79.95) there's a 30 day trial to see if you
like it.
