PT is not accessible, and is not logical for a computer screen.
PT means vastly different things on Mac vs PC
PT cannot be resized on IE/Win (same as PX)

Perhaps you meant PX but even PX is not accessible

keywords do not get smaller than 9pt (per spec) and do not compound, so
if you put an x-small within a small is it exactly the same size as an
x-small anywhere else (and still no smaller than 9pt)
