Hi all,

I'm looking to invest in XP professional but am worried that if I buy the upgrade version (I'm on ME) I'll find it difficult to format my hard drive in the future.  I've heard that XP limits you're ability to do this and my ME base version tends to need this process every couple of months.  My worry is that in the future I'll wipe the drive, re-install ME but that the XP upgrade disk on't work again??  Any thoughts?

PS What is the OEM version priced at £121?
