I am also now getting an attached txt file with all my email!

Which I never had before, AVG has not shown any viruses and I have not changed
any settings!

Any ideas?

There was an advisory posted to Bugtraq on Oct 28th regarding phpBB
2.0.0 and boards derived from it. If your forum is being attacked,
upgrade to the latest version of the software and you should be fine.
