Honestly, if you're looking for a simple solution and money is no
object, I'd use:
1 Computer running Windows 2000 Server and SQL Server 2000 with NO
IIS.
1 Computer running Windows 2000 Server and ColdFusion, with IIS
and all patches.
IIS has an SMTP server, and a web server to run CF through.
It's not the best solution on the market, and it's definitely not
the cheapest, but it's probably the simplest.
