Here's another one I've scrambled together:

The complete source is located on that page. I was able to use IconCool
Editor to make my own Red arrow.ico file. You'll also notice that there is a
link to a RedHand.ico. I was trying to make the hand cursor, while hovering
over a link, red as well. That test was unsuccessful.
