hello all,

i am going to try this again.

I know DynAPI is not Mozilla approved, but take a look at the following in
Netscape 7, then MSIE 5.5. Resize widow, refresh, test:

The content in the nested DIV does not get to the "the end" as it does in
MSIE 5.5. Seems that Netscape has an issue with "clip" or some other
limitation that prohibits content being rendered if it originates OUTSIDE
the browser window.

You'll notice that window resize and refresh in NS7 allows less and less to
be shown the smaller the window.

I am stumped.
