both are true   ;o)


chuck upsdell's browser news said 11% as late as this year, i think

(aside: i love the font he uses in the browser chart on that page, and in
fact i like his site a great deal, both the content and the presentation)

anyhow, answer 2 is more true than answer 1...

... and easier to code for
