[thelist] Site mapping tool

I'm looking for software -- either hosted or downloadable -- that will
spider a site and create a tree-diagram of linked sites.
I'd specifically like to be able to use it on very large sites, so its
display would have to scale quite well. I don't care if pages are
represented by tiny little squares.
A radial tree-diagram would also work, but I'd prefer a vertical layered
tree, even if it gets very wide.
Looking at examples here
http://www.cybergeography.org/atlas/web_sites.html
the Mapuccino or MS Site Analyst examples look closest to what I have in
mind. I've tried to get Mapuccino to work, but it crashes.
Free software, or something that I can at least try before I buy, would be
preferred.
Anyone have any recommendations?
