The View Month drop down list appears to be in a random order! Needs to be
sorted by numeric calendar date.

Couldn't detection of thread heads also be done by looking for Subject lines
without [RE:] etc. in them. Perhaps the two criteria together (with
deduplication) would give a more accurate picture.

Collapsing the threads and allowing navigation along a thread would be
useful too.
