How bizarre. I took your XML and my XSL and it worked fine for me (IE6/Win2K).

Maybe it's your XSL namespace declaration. Try this instead:

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0">
