         What you can do is this:

         1) Contact the ISP of the original "To:" field. (For example, if
somebody is sending emails to AOL with your name, contact postmaster at aol.com)
         2) Have them tell you who sent the original mail. (In fact,
ideally, have them forward the whole mail to you, headers and all.)
         3) In that mail, you will see who originally sent the email.
         4) Contact the ISP of the original sender. The ISP will most
likely terminate their service.
