It's about 95k, but the XML file which it uses to grab details for the
image browser is fairly big (another 60k or so).
It currently trys to load the XML at the same time as the main thing
which slows it down, but its something Im looking at and in the final
version it should be a bit snappier.
Plus the overhead of being 2 of them on the same page, something that
wont happen in the CMS.

Yup - annoying the hell out of me :)
Basically because the flash is too wide for the container div. In Moz it
doesn't look too bad because the flash just breaks out of the div. But
IE6 looks nasty.
Im working on changing the layout so it is fluid, but wont be done for a
while with my current workload.

Hmm will have a look into that and see if theres any way to deal with
that.

The output from Flash isn't great (font tags etc), but we have written a
parser to convert it all to valid XHTML for the CMS :)
