Have you tried the equivalent: » or even just typing the double
greaterthan sign ">>"?

I am trying to change an option box's text:

document.buy.os0.options[1].text = "Ground » $2 per BOOK (3-8 weeks)"

How can I make "»" show up as a special character in the select box?
Currently it just prints out the string.
