A good site that lets you compare the features of the various blogging tools is "BlogComp: Blog Tool Feature Comparison" at http://www.urldir.com/bt/. What it doesn't tell you is the language behind each blog like PHP, Perl, etc. I'm about to mail the guy who runs this and suggest that he add that information.
