[thelist] Norton and PHP sessions

Tried that after turning thenm off and rebooting but still not allowing to
connect.  Logging in is ok but once something is clicked within admin we are
booted out.

Does that Norton software include some kind of web privacy guard?
Does it block cookies?

If the answer to these questions is "yes", then you need to Turn It Off
(tm).

PHP can use cookies for sessions, so Norton's probably blocking them.
